Three Public Information Meetings to engage the community of West Vancouver resulted in key design changes:
- Lowered building height with building foundation below grade to preserve views
- Shuttle to transport construction workers to the site to minimize traffic impact
- New COVID-19 protection protocols
- Utilized density along Taylor Way
- Eliminated parking access/egress on Burley Drive

District of West Vancouver design review committee unanimously approves Inglewood’s proposal by ZGF Architects
NOVEMBER 2021
Advisory Committee on Disability Issues committee support Inglewood’s proposal

PHASE ONE
Existing long term care building to be replaced by two modern buildings:
- South building: 96 beds – 86 funded, 10 private pay
- Centre building: 144 funded beds
2026
PHASES TWO & THREE
Three new buildings to be added:
- Long term care, Phase 2: 120 proposed funded beds
- Affordable housing: 48 suites for seniors, 107 for team members
- Independent living: 200 suites
2029 Completion of Redevelopment
